"Woooo" Noise?

Well guys, the previous owner of my 100K Spirit RT told me that the turbo every once in a while will make a "WOOO" sound. I've found it to be true. It seems to do it in the upper RPM's, but it is VERY random. I couldn't make it do it if I tried, yet every now and then it'll sound off. It doesn't have any mechanical effect (meaning driving/power...etc stays the same) and lasts from 1/2 second-1 1/2 seconds. Any ideas on what this could be? It's not a low "WOOOO" it's more of a higher "WOOOO" lol. Any ideas?

My water pump does that sometimes and it drives me nuts. I don't know how to stop it. I put on a new pump but it's still there-sometimes...

What BOV are you running? I remember cybermc was running a modified talon on his daytona, and at higher boost he'd get a weird whistle for a couple second occasionally.

The car is 100% components. So I guess I'm running the stock BOV. Any idea on what I can do to fix it?
