Im about to send a gasket out to a guy that makes flanges. He sells them for pretty cheap as well. If your looking for one, let me know and I will have him make more. He is in canada, so I would have him ship them all to me, then I could distribute them. Not looking to make any money on this, just trying to help some people out.

they will be 3/8" thick, and should cost about 40 dollars to your door. He can make them in stainless as well if your interested I can inquire on cost.

Header flanges?

Yes sir.

He can make anything from a gasket. Im not sure if hes doing aluminum yet though. These are laser cut flanges BTW.

3/8'' has been known to warp when welding. Can you get 1/2''?

If you warp 3/8" then you need to change your welding style. Your putting too much heat into it at the wrong places.

I now relized that the gasket I was going to send seals the manifold, and the intake. And dont have a extra manifold or head to cut the gasket and make sure everything fits. So Im looking for someone that may have a gasket that can be copied. Also trying to see if he can make aluminum flanges for intake manifold.:D

Ill keep this updated.

just an FYI, you can get the 8v header flange from us, if you don't want to make your own.
Listed under the diy section of the fwdperformance.com on line catalog.
