got rob to burn a cal for me. was completed and shipped within a short time. due to post office delays it seemed like the cal had been lost in the mail. i contacted rob about this and he offered to send another one, declining my offers to pay for shipping. received the original cal soon after. all in all, he went out of his way to make the situation right (even though there was no problem in the end) thanks rob
