what are you using? I'm looking for a plug that most people like to use so i can cross reference it to E3 and see if there any better

I added "T-III" to your title. I was going to say RN9YC until I read your sig ;)

No problemo. :thumb:

Maybe list out all your mods? Most times on a modded turbo motor, it is pretty safe to go with one plug heat range colder than stock.

well right now its mostly stock. i have a 3" with cat only on it, im looking to go to the track this week and i wanted to turn the boost up to about 17 and run some 110 in her. i was looking to find out that people were running so i could go 1 or 2 steps cooler

It's hard to NOT call mine Stock, BUT the few Mods are;
Ti Retainers, K&N filter, JoeP MBC, 13psi., 8.5mm magnacore Wires, Harland Shift Light (Set at 6,000), Booger Bushing, Poly Bushings Motor Mounts (front, Pass and Tranny).

But the big choker is the Original Exhaust (yes original with 92k).
