so when is the turbo going in it?

also are those cup holders ni the first picture?

They are cup holders, still trying to get him into a turbo(althought I'd be scared for other drivers if he got in one).

lol prob not for this one the car is a 91 shadow, paid $125 for it a little over a year ago. car wouldent hold any fluids, was a 2.5 that overheated FAST and had bad oil leaks so i baged it untill it died and got it apart and found rockers laying in the back of the head. Weeks to follow me and dad pulled the 2.5 as it was my first swap and got a doner from a 88 laberon 2.2 with 185.000 km on it,been driving it ever since. Not long after the 2.2 swap the tranny caved out and with a lot of help from overlordsshadow we did a 5 speed conversion. Things that have been replaced: rad,all breaks, all rims and rubber,all shocks, steering rack, tire rod ends, ball joint,exahust and allot more. the car had 275.000 kms on it and the 5speed 190.000km. As for the inside ther was 10 years of of fast food rappers, reseats, makeup, (aperently a chick car) and a pound or two of gravel all over the place the seats came out along with the carpet and was cleaned. It took two days to clean the carpet and seats to tell they were red, and then cd player speakers and others were to follow and im still going. The jy had an all you can carry for $30 day and i got the block, pistons, and crank for $30, now its being rebuilt and i have a swirl head to put on and some other goodies and ther will be pics of that later. Thanks goes out to dad,josh,aysia and others that have helped.

WE need to take pics this weekend of those eggshells I sold you. Should have taken before pics....

I've got house cleaning to do but we should get the shadows head on tonight.

That's ok, distracts people from noticing the black socks with shorts.

Car looks good - lot of work done already with the engine/trans swap. may as well do a turbo.

Didn't notice that. The bore stripped out? Maybe put one at all 4 corners and tell people it is stock.

go to the hardware store and get sheet metal bolt that has slightly larger threads. It will thread right into the soft aluminum and tighten it down. Ive had to do that on a few cars.

you need a K&N and a airbox(sucking in air from the top of the engine:confused2:)

Umm, if its stripped I've always used a heli-coil.

the crapy thing is that there is to much missing for anything to mack new threds have tried tap-n-die and larger bolts/screws with no such luck but w.e it wont be inther for much longer. and as for the paint, i think its called wild berry as i bought some match from can tire and did the wing and break lights

also a cold air is in the works as i plan to cut apart a factory air box and weld the flange to a box of some sort and run some 3inch o.d pipe and a cone under the batt tray or something like that

You should just use the setup I have and make an adapter for the end of it to make a 3inch setup with.
