hey guys
well ive been working on my daytona alot lately, just doing the puttering around and wiring crap that i can do alone and not get too dirty. i looked at the "show off your fmic" post and saw alot of things i wanted to do but...
i know people use the volvo intercooler (the big intercooler with the 3" inlets), on turbo dodges. but i havent been able to recognise it yet i guess.
i saw a picture oh iturbo's omni which looked exactly like the setup i want to put into the daytona, but the question is, will the ic fit infront of the radiatior with any issues? and has anyone done it? if so can i get some pics? and discription of what and how u did it?
on another note. ive also been fabin up a gauge cluster for myself in the daytona. i removed the nav system and stock boost/message center, since they didnt work. i cut out 3 holes (2 1/16") which are spaced perfectly out of black abs plastic. thick enough to bend but not thin enough to break. the problem im having now is, making it look good with the black trim piece which goes around the cluster, light switch, nav, and message center. my ideas were to cut the message center and navy bar which separates the two and just sand the edges so its just a circular hole instead of two bars persay.
any feedback is welcome and wanted, just trying to get an idea for things right now...
thanks
