My friend has one I'm not sure on the year. He wants to upgrade his turbo and I have a Garrett T3 he can buy but wants to find the right parts(header).

So my question, is there a good site for eclipse's? Thanks for any info.

There are probably a dozen DSM sites... and most of them suck. In MI there is a decent one (so I've heard) tho - www.midsm.com

By far the most popular turbo upgrade for the 2g dsm is the EVO III 16g. Best bang for the buck without having to to too much extra. He will need an install kit, it is not a direct bolt on. Actually any turbo besides the t-toosmall or the t28 are going to require some modifcation to fit. No biggie, tho. He will also need bigger injectors and at least a Walboro 190 pump. The 16g flows ALOT better than the t25, so the fuel upgrade is nessessary. Then for tuning, the most popular setup is the DSMlink. It's pricey, tho... but very cool! If more on a budget, the a S-AFC would do just fine.

That is the one my brother owns now. He called and asked if I would trade my van for his other awd dsm.
I think he wants a cheap to fix car that can at least limp back home after a bad day.
DSM's are way to undependable!

they are just regular run of the mill small 16g's
