MVB install

Got my MVB.
Any reason to leave the kickdown cable attached?
Come to think of it, is there provisions to attach the bracket
on the shaft? I didn't look that close.

When I installed mine, I was told by the techs at Turbo Action that the kickdown cable is not used. Their MVB is wide open psi all the time. They also went on to say they have never ran one with it hooked up and does not know what could happen :) I had mine hooked up at first, but there was a weird tension in the pedal sometimes.

I was curious what would happen if I left it hooked up,
but I'll take it off .
