Thanks.

Also is this a direct bolt on or do I have to modify something to make it fit my A520?

Buy 2 new bearings and bolt the diff in without the ring gear. This way you can check your bearing preload. If you give it a good spin, it should take about 3 seconds to stop. Or you could measure it properly with an inch/pound torque wrench. Then take it apart and put on your ring gear.
These diffs work great, you dont notice it at normal driving, but put one wheel in the dirt, the other on pavement, the one on pavement will light up right away.

Careful when doing that! When the wheel on pavement lights up, you are actually being pushed more into the dirt/snow or whatever! Hang on to that wheel and keep it pointed towards the road. LSD's are meant for when you are on like surfaces.

Your right! The car shot towards the ditch, had to let off right away. I wanted to see if this diff really worked. And it does...:D

before you install dif make sure axles will fit into it properly...I still haven't got my situation resolved. I've tried honing out the dif sleeve, filing down axle teeth...still can't get the passenger side axle in.

I never had that problem. I found that if the axle didnt go in smoothly, I pulled it out and turned it one notch or spline, and tried it again. Eventually it would slide in effortlessly in one certain position, but I dont know why.

Got the OBX LSD today! : ) I would like to tighten the bolts up. Anyone know what the torque #'s are?

Can't recall where I saw that, but it was on the other site...one of the OBX threads...maybe group buy??? Guess I should have written it down.

Do you know what the preload's supposed to be too?
