my flywheel has some oil on it. does this thing need to be milled, or can i hit it with some 220 sand paper?

Oil on it? Did you disassemble for a clutch replacement and found this or did you already have it machined, got oil on it, and now you want to get the oil off?

If it's already been machined, I'd just blast it with some brake cleaner.

If it hasn't been resurfaced and your doing a clutch job, go get that done. It's only about $15-$20 around here. Well worth the change.

Yep, what he said. Brake cleaner and a clean oil free rag or paper towel.
