note: is this for a CB or non-CB? they are both 5 bolt, physically mate up, but the '88 has a smaller diameter crank bolt. I would assume this for a CB if I had to guess though, but there are differences and the other('88) won't hold "true center" ..

hmm, do you need a PS belt groove? Got one without...

non common block

So it is an '88 motor? The '88 was unique maybe with different offset than the '89+... I might have one.

yup, needs power steering.

Im being told its a 5 bolt, and its not a common block. So yes, Im assuming its an 88 motor.

I think you mean the A/C groove? The PS groove is on the inside of the water pump/alternator groove so there's no reason for the PS one not to be there. But the A/C groove is on the outside, so it can be deleted.

It's my first TM ever Matt so explain to me again which one is the PS and which one is the AC:p I had this pulley made like 15 years ago when you were slingin spitballs in 4th grade;) But I had it made to my spec with no AC no PS... Like 2.5 lbs right of the crank:eyebrows: Lotsa holes so it fits 4 bolt and 5 bolt crank:thumb:

Ahh, no PS or A/C. But this was custom made, I didn't know that. I was just saying because I've never heard of a pulley with no PS, but now I know why. Didn't mean to insult you or anything, sorry.

I checked, I have 2 and they are the same, so not sure if 88 is different when it comes to UD pulleys? like the offset is different between the 4 lug and 5 lug ones but the two 5-lugs look very close to the same.

The difference is the center "hole" for the crank sprocket bolt. The inner bolt on the 89+ CB is smaller than the 88 IIRC. I went to check the website where I got mine and it is either temporarily down, or they have gone out of business within the last yr or so. The name is ASP Racing(well known mfgr) and they had pics detailing the differences. You might ry googling for more info.... :(

www.aspracing.com

edit: It looks like it must be temporary. Other forums/sites show it working up until April of this yr. You might see if they can be reached by phone through whitepages.com or something...

It was made for a 4 bolt because it was custom made a looooong time ago, I converted it to 5 bolt years later. Just one of those items that hangs around in the garage that I wasn't actively trying to sell, I put it out there to help Clay who is always on here trying help the TM comunity:clap:.

I'll sell it though since I showed it but there is a list of PM's now of interest... You're not that far down 76, if the others fall through I'll let you know:)

Yo Clay... ASP racing website is back online today(post #14). Check them out here http://www.aspracing.com/mopar.htm

There is a pic in the upper left corner of 3 U/D pulleys. If you look closely the 5 bolt one in the middle has a smaller hole in the center for the crank bolt. The one on the right is larger.

Also, if you are using the '88 the aluminum crank sprocket "housing/cover" has to be trimmed down to reduce interference, at least it did on mine. Just file that away as "note to self." ;) :thumb:

Thats right on the trim Cory, you will have to cut back the 'snow lip' a little bit, 1/2" or something...

Cory, REMIND ME to throw that thing in my luggage! A Thursday PM would be best...
