Oil temp Q's

I got my hands on a few oil coolers, and the air/oil cooler looks like it'de do a bit too much for me. So i'm looking at this other one, its a oil/coolant one, i'm wondering if that would be a good idea or not? when its cold, It will help heat it up on startup, and when its hot, it'll keep it around coolant temp. Any help is much appreciated.

Coolant temp. is around 160-195*. You sure you want your oil any warmer? I'd go with the air/oil cooler.

See, I don't know how warm I want my oil even. :-)
