I have a brand new 4 wire O2 and my rampage has the 3 wire,can I splice the conestor in to my car and just run the 4th wire to a good ground.

yep! I've run it to the battery and also peeled into the main harness to ground it into the factory splice. I like to the battery better I think.

Thats what I figured,Now the 4 wires 2 whites are the heater right,then the grey and black what is signal and what is ground.

black is signal, grey is ground.
