Can't set Avatar or Sig image...

Says "Upload failed due to failure to write temporary file".

Trying to use Avatar and sig banner I use on other forums that I have hosted out somewhere else... put in the URL and I get that message...

Am I doing something wrong here?

If you are using 'option 1' on the avatar and teh picture is teh right size (125x125 and under 43kb) then maybe the other site has the wrong file format type? Try to 'right click save as' on the pic on the other forum then upload it with 'option 2' in eth avatar upload screen here.

sig pic? Should just be like adding a pic to a post?

Yeah it just didn't like Option 1... once I uploaded from my computer with Option 2 it worked fine.
