I need a 2.5 TBI engine. Need as cheap as possible, close to Carlisle, PA and in running condition. I have to replace the engine in my car so I can get it retitled. As long as it runs and doesnt blow up in 1k miles it should work.

If you're not too set in your ways on a 2.5l, I have a 2.2l that runs fine and barely even has the common piston noise. I would suspect the distance between you and me would be the deal breaker on this one.

It's from a 94 shadow, 2.2l, typical minor oil leaks, but seriously, it'll be just fine for you. I'd be happy with $150 complete engine.

Let me know if you want to discuss shipping / driving arrangements.

about to pull the original 2.5 in my 86 k wagon. cylinder number 2 has 70psi of compression and consequently it burns a little oil but runs good. new HG at 150,000 miles....currently 171,000!

make me your best offer and you pick it up!

Shame I'm not closer to you. The 2.5 in my moms 89 baron runs great and uses no oil. She got 33 mpg average from Indy to chicago till the fuel pump went out. Its JY bound if I have no takers.
