is the PS reservoir TIII specific?

the nipple for the return line on my PS reservoir has been "glued" on with RTV or something before i had bought the car. unfortunately it's leaking and i have no power steering. is the TIII power steering reservoir specific to TIII cars or could i get one from a TI/TII car? it appears to be a ZF style PS pump like my TII '89 GTS had. is a new reservoir available new from Mopar or can i just find one from a j/y SOHC car? no power steering sucks lol.

I believe they are the same on later model T1's.
