You won't be able to go any higher than 16-17psi on those mods alone. The computer is going to shut you down after ~17-18psi if you don't have some sort of fuel controller.

The FPR mod also won't do you much good until you have a wideband and some sort of fuel controller (SAFC, DTEC, Map clamp, etc). Once you have those things you should be able to run higher boost, you'll just have to turn it up slowly, watch your wideband and tune the fuel accordingly.

I hope that helps.

PS-I'd personally avoid going the Map clamp route if possible.
