A-Arm removal

So I need to take the '93 arms off to put '89 arms on. This is so the wheels will be positioned right.

Who can tell me about how they are bolted on? Are they simply nuts and bolts? Or is it a captured nut, welded nut?

The front pivot is a nut and bolt. The back one is a bolt and the nut has a tab welded to it like the turbocharger to exhaust manifold bolts.
