Lebaron GTS 88 for sale - 2.2 turbo automatic. Car is very solid with very little rust around or under - does have the famous paint flaking like most cars of those years but no rot or surface damage.

I got it off a friend when he picked up a 89 Lebaron coupe last summer time.

It is blue with blue leather interior, power window and locks, tilt, cruise, air, power driver seat, leather interior, digital dash and trip computer all working perfectly, overhead console with them and compass, infinity stereo, and all options in car working - radio goes in and out at times but never looked into it.

88K+ on it and very clean and very little rust - no roll over on the mileage either. Has good tires on all 4 corners.

Prior owner modded the tranny and it shifts nice and no lag or issues and also made it a inter-cooled set-up.

Currently the motor is pulled because of rod knock and I have another to go in its place with new gasket set and such - started the tear down and cleaning process already. Prior to the motor dumping I put a new timing belt, alt belt, power steering belt and motor mounts plus I think a few other things.

Turbo boosted well, brakes worked good and drove well and all power options functioned before pulling the motor.

$1300 with all listed and anything I can find I can throw in - Norwalk OH

I am open to reasonable offers or trades via PM or direct e-mail. May offer some upgrades for the car if the offers and trades are reasonable.

Would be a nice CAR to get running for SDAC - I just want a stick car and have lost interest in it unfortunately.

Trades I would consider

Dodge / Chrysler stick turbo car ( prefer TII) or possible a N.A or dodge 4x4 truck.

Neon - Omni - Charger - Daytona - Lebaron - Van - Convertibles - or older V8 dodge or Chrysler car. Want to have the car not needing much and drive-able from the start. Could throw a little $$ in on the trade also if it is nice enough.

I have the identical car? The top of the front door panels have sun damage like yours. Is the passenger side also bad like mine? I'm wondering if the color caused the damage? I found two panels similar that I'm going to dye to match.

I'd be interested in this running for my mom possibly.. Looking into a CSX for her right now, but would you be able to sell this car running perhaps?

Decided to keep this, buy a daytona shelby z and will be selling my omni off instead.

Door panels are hazy and sundamaged like yours - looneytuner.

I just plan on cleaning it up good, get the motor and be a daily and winter car.

Make sure you wash it good in the winter.. Those really nice H bodies don't stay that way in road salt.

I've owned four H bodies including the color you mention. The only one that had the same problem was that blue. So it must be the color.

thanks. That was what I was wondering. I have a black, and two grey interiors that don't have that problem. I have extra panels in a different color so I guess I'll get a couple tinted. Yeah I like the H bodies also. Except the drivers seat isn't the best for long trips. That's why I plan to install the air bolsters from a Daytona in the seat.

I actually made a good amount of progress on getting it back together that last 2 days.

Hopefully running by June sometime.

Have to get a oil pump to replace current one just in case like I am doing with the water pump.
