View Full Version : General: 220mm backing plates needed

I need a set (preferably 2) of 220mm backing plates in good shape, not rusty. Everything in the junkyards around me has either gone to the crusher or rotted away. If anyone has a good set or two laying around, please let me know.

Backing plates? Like turbo comp housing backing plates? What size comp housing, T03?

220mm rear drum backing plates is what I think he is talking about.....like from a GLHS.

I realized while looking that I put them on another car I sold a couple years ago. Sorry. If oyu need them really bad, I have 2 more sets, but they are still on the cars.

I do need two sets, but I am not in that big of a hurry for the second set. I am going to use jay's to rebuild the glh I have in pieces in the barn, the second set is going on my daily driver 87 omni; I am sick of crappy stock brakes, especially after driving the glh around. Out of curiosity, what kind of shape is the shelby charger roller you have for sale in?
