Anyone ever have problems with arp flywheel bolts being too long and hitting the springs in the center of the back of the clutch disc??

Oh by the way, i'm using a fidanza aluminum flywheel and a beck/arnley oem t3 clutch if that matters - they're on a 3.0L also.

Thanks

Never heard of that problem, but it is a good question.

Dang It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I just spent $60 bucks on some worthless bolts for my new setup.....:yuck:

Why hasn't anyone noticed this before - Have the ARP bolts recently changed or am I just one of the first to use this combo??

Our vendors need to note this on their websites....ie. FWD

At least I caught it before even bolting on the pressure plate - I saw the gap between the clutch disc and the flywheel AND the grating noise when I turned the clutch on the alignment tool.

Anyone need some new ARP flywheel and pressure plate bolts?????

Now I need the Mopar numbers for new flywheel and pressure plate bolts....

Anyone?

Grind the heads down, shouldn't take more than 10 mins with a grinder.

Don't really want to as this will make them harder to remove in the future and possibly compromise strength??

Thanks anyway, I'll keep looking
