Stick shift Mini in Pa

I was interested in buying a stick shift mini in Pa. I would be interested in non turbo or turbo. I prefer the 89/90 flat front end styles, but will take what I can get at this point.
I don't want to travel to far. I am outside of Allentown/ Philadelphia area.
