Can we resolve my 2.5 year old trimcal transaction?

I bought a Trimcal from you on 10/1/2005 for my 91 R/T, it was then shipped back because the readouts were messed up. When I sent it back I did not get a computer to get me by and it took almost a year to get the Trimcal back. Once I did get the trimcal back, it was still messed up and was now missing the fuel trim option and decided to make my car dump fuel out of my exhaust. I then sent it back and recieved a stage 3 cal which I am still running on because I have not recieved my trimcal. Did I just pay double for a stage 3 cal or are we going to resolve this issue. I have been running the stage 3 for over a year now and you have had my trimcal for plenty of time to fix it.

Ugh, I really want to get this issue resolved, it has been 2.5 years now. I have sent emails and pms but never get responses.

I will try and call tomorrow, been busy this week with outdoor stuff and my new dog. We have been couped up in the house too much this winter, feels good to get outside in some nice weather.
