WTB: Hood Vent

I need a hood vent off of just about any turbododge.

The problem is, I need the vent, AND about 3 inches of metal around the stamping for the hole in the hood. I need it to graft onto another hood.

Omni, Caravelle, whatever you have. It would be cool if someone had a smashed hood with a good vent that they could cut out for me.

I might have a hood vent off of a '84 Daytona that might set into a flat hood with the proper sized hole?

i have 2 hood vents off a dynasty but no sheet metal that was around them . pm me if that will help u out .

PLEASE don't cut up that hood unless it is unsalvageable. Those are becoming harder to find and it would be a shame to damage it.

I've got one here for 50 too if yuo want it mini. I could meet you in Jonesboro or surrounding area to split the travel... Unless you want to come get some other parts too.:thumb:

I also have a couple 84 hood vents from Daytonas, but no sheetmetal. :(

I posted it for sale once, and I got one question on it. I don't want to cut it up either, its rust free, with one little indentation by the bulge, but I can't save everything. $50 plus actual shipping and its anyone who wants it.

Well I will be more than happy to buy the hood and sell the vent out of it for half of the shipping cost. Not trying to steal a deal or anything, but those hoods are hard to find. TURBODODGEWAGON, if you JUST want the grill, I'll buy the hood and ship the grill to you for half of what the shipping cost would be to get the WHOLE hood from Jacksonville, FL to Memphis, TN. Otherwise, if you want the bulge and the grill then there isn't much that can be done. :-\
