my 89 is dying

I have a 89 daytona turbo cs 2.5 5sp that Id like to get an engine for cuz I dont have time or Know how to rebuild.My turbo quit working then the car started to cough and sneeze. It has low compression. Im in the toledo area.
Looking for advice or a motor. thanks.
