Alright here are some pics. Let me know if the links don't work. I've been working on this a little bit at a time at work. We're kinda busy right now so I haven't been able to finish it. let me know what ya think. Amazing what you can do with a scrap hunk of T6 aluminum. :)

IMHO, this may create a slight flow restriction. :D :D

Looks good so far. Damn, I miss having access to the lathe/mill.

BTW, I finally realized what you were talking about on the Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeve :o . Before I buy one, let me know if you can make one cheaper!!

I can make one for free... Hows that for cheap! I just need measurements of one that is straight. All I would need is the length and the thread pitch. I can slot them on the mill accordingly just like the factory unit and this one will probably be much stronger.

Thanks, Joseph

is your time worth that little? Yes it's cool to be able to make stuff but bolting on a T2 compressor is easier and flows better anyway. But as far as your machining, so far so good.

Things didn't go as planned so I'm not going to throw any pics up till its installed or close to it. I will say my bore looks machined more cleanly than the turbo housing on the T1 garret.

I think you need to open it up a bit more for flow. :p
Must be nice to have acces to a machine shop.

Heres some pics of as far as I will get. I ended up having to use a spare T2 from the guy I got the car from. I will keep this around though just in case.
