Sounds like it, or you could have cracked a piston. This could be the cause of all your problems, unless I have the wrong guy, lol!

Not to hijack but when I turn my car off, and take off the oil cap I get smoke smoke/steam coming out of it. Is that normal?

pretty sure it's normal to see some vapor out of there when it's hot

You shouldn't see any vapours-if you see some when its running you have a bad pcv valve setup, faulty pcv valve or too much blowby. If you see it when the engine is shut off, its probably very dirty oil or the oil cap isn't sealing properly. Valve seals show up as blue smoke out of the tailpipe when first starting it and under decel.

two much blowby is rings right? I just replaced the pcv valve as well.

Correct, or a cracked piston.
