Doing a power mirror swap and need the schematic so I can do a conversion. I have the 95 FSM diagram so if anyone can send me a scan of the 98-01 that would be great (or if you can just write me the wire colors and what they do from the mirror side).

Right mirror
cavity 1, dark blue - power mirror left control
cavity 2, white - power mirror right/down control
cavity 3, yellow/ black- power mirror up control
cavity 4 light blue/yellow - rear defogger lamp driver (with heated mirrors)
cavity 5, black/light green - ground

Very cool! The cavities that have no pinout are empty I take it?

I need to make a connector "patch" cable as I don't want to cut anything in case I get a newer truck. Are these weatherpak connectors?

I'd assume they're empty, if not they sometimes have a plastic plug to help keep the crap out of the connector.

If by weatherpack, you mean they have rubber seals to keep the moisture out -yes.
