Well I'm going to be picking up a lancer shelby( the 88 rendition) pretty soon so I'd like to get some opinions first before I start hacking up mopar hoods. I was kinda thinking of taking a shadow or tona hood bulge and grafting it tastefully to the plain looking lancer hood. I also thought of doing the same with the factory style hood vent from a ES600 on the opposite side to feed air to an intercooler.
Anyone with photochop who could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Either way I'd like to hear what might look better from the voices of experience.

With no hood vent, that would probably look pretty good.

I'm definitely debating on the vent. I know I want to the bulge though for sure. Doesn't hurt to have confirmation from some peers either. Any suggestions on the grafting process. I've never really done anything like that although I have thought through riveting, spot welds,or even a continuous seam weld. I may have to wait for a while before I follow through with this project, but planning is key.
