does anyone know if someone makes a mandrel bent 3" exhaust for an H body?

I'm not sure. It would probably be best to call Chris or Cindy to see if any of their kits will fit it. You could probably do pretty well for yourself with a kit from racing solutions and a 3" DP just the same though.

I have 3" exhaust on my Shelby Lancer. It consists of:

TU 3" swingvalve
TU downpipe
FWDP 'test' pipe
FWDP cat-back pipes
Dynomax Ultraflo muffler

Fits very nice.

We make a 3" kit for the Lancer. Here are some pics from the installation instructions. More to come. The kit has been on our test vehicle for 2 months now with no issues. Just order the Daytona kit when you are ready to go.

now as far as the swing valve is concerned, i have the 2.25 incher. Can i just "port" the one i have out to be 2.5 inches or 3 inches or are the larger ones a different cast completely?

The 2.25/2.5/3 are all different castings. The 2.25" and 2.5" are factory castings while the 3" is an aftermarket casting from TU. Here is a pic comparing the original 2.25" S/V from my SL vs the TU 3" S/V:

ps..ignore the 2nd O2 sensor in the 2.25" unit. After I pulled it out, I realized somebody had plugged the EGR port with a O2 sensor before I got it.

They are all different casts. The 3" DP donut will not fit the 2.25" SV. A 2.5" DP donut will just fit on the 2.25" SV if the flange holes are slotted. I don't know if that is true for a 3" DP on a 2.5" SV.

Edit: TU says their 3" DP will fit on the 2.5" SV.

I have run a 3" DP on a 2.5" SV, and it is not a problem.

The donut seals about halfway up, it's not ideal but it does work.
