I know, I know, everyone hates these threads, but I'm can't stand it anymore. I just got done porting a 782 and when it goes on, I'll also be upgrading to a .63 exhaust housing. I gained 30 cfm on the intake and 28 cfm on the exhaust from .100 lift all the way to .450 lift. Give me a 1/4 ET and wheel hp estimate at 18-20 psi. :thumb:

87 GLHS
Ported 782 (as stated above)
Stock T3 with .63 exhaust
Small Spearco Front mount
MP stage II, +20s, AFPR, 255 pump
2.5" : SV, DP, Straight pipe
Ported Ex mani & Intake mani w/ 52mm TB
88 TBI roller cam
A555 (3.85 final) beefed up
Venolias and T2 rods
Tires will be BFG drag radials.

Thanks guys

174 for stock 12psi
8 more psi, x 7hp each = 56hp
20% better flow on head, 10% roughly more over all hp.

~253hp. I know it's low, but you said estimate.

260-280 whp, I would say you will run mid to high 12's, :thumb:

I would be very happy out of 275 with that setup.

My setup is very close to yours and I went 13.18@95
This is in a gutted Omni w/ automatic
I have a RP cal set to 16psi
I boosted to 22 on that run, and I think I went over the 2 bar MAP sensor
limit because it popped like overboost about 100ft to the finish line.
(Overboost is eliminated in the cal)

Your going to have problems hooking with drag radials and a 3.85 FD.
My FD is 2.73 in the auto and my car spins the 205 DR's most of the way down the track.
I think you'll go high 12's if you can hook.(<2.0 60ft.)

Good estimates. Thanks for the input. Before the head and the ported head and larger exhaust housing, I ran 102 mph in the 1000' at 19 psi, so... I think that would probably be around 106 in the quarter. Hopefully this head and housing will bump the mph a little also.
