Hi All,

One of the sockets for the brake/turn signals on my laser has a broken pin so it flashes opposite what it should. Strange huh? It's not really repairable, so if anyone is parting out an 84-86 G body and could cut me off one of these leaving a few inches of wire, that'd be pretty sweet.

Because of the tail light housing, it has to be from an 84-86 car I think. I seem to recall trying a socket from a 2nd gen car and it didn't want to fit or lock in the hole. If it matters, the bad one on my car is on the passenger side. The inner-most socket.

You should be able to get the correct socket in the HELPS section of any parts store. They are cheap too.

It lost its ground. +1 to the Help! section. I see them there all the time.

Hmm, I didn't know they were there. Cool! I'll check that out after the weather clears up some then. For now I've just crammed some 10ga THHN in there to make contact and crimped it on the factory wiring harness. Effective? yes. Wrong way to do it? double yes.

Thanks fellas
