Anyone out there ever done this? I'd imagine there would be quite a bit of customizing going on to attach it properly, but it sure would be nice.

That would be nice, but finding a Masi with the interior in that shape isn't easy. Most of them look a lot worse, and they are still too expensive to be a parts car, plus most seem to be red or tan interiors, the black interiors are the rarest ones (based on what I've seen).

I have some black interior parts, but I don't have everything. Let's see, I have the dash assy, but no cluster, I have the console, the rear storage bin, some burl wood pieces, the carpet, the chrome door moldings, and some other misc stuff from this '90 or '91 V6 car that was parted out at least 10 years ago at the wrecking yard I used to work at back in the day. I had the cool leather radio surround with the Masi logo, but gave that to Jay(GLHNSLHT2), when he baught my Masi motor, come to think of it, I think he grabbed a few other items when he was over at my storage unit last... lol.

It does look nice doesn't it? I won an auction on eBay last night for a wood masi shift knob...should go nicely with the fake woodgrain dash and radio inserts I have on the convertible Shadow!

Just be careful not to get splinters when banging through the gears. :D

Ha ha, yes, from what I understand it's carved from real wood!

i have that black whole interior if you want it in good shape, i was thinking of putting it in a rampage maybe. gonna cost you tho, but if you take the whole body for a price, its a good buy. motor and trans and wiring is staying tho

The GTC windshield fits sorta so the dash might work. Personally the Daytona enthusiast seats are better. Plus the leather in the TC's is usually rotted except for really choice cars. And the plastic wood is not impressive in person. I have one TC.

Honestly, the Daytona seats are better? And the wood isn't impressive? Hmmm...maybe I won't look into this anymore:confused2:

Well, I guess if you own one, you would know. Thanks for your opinion, I'll take your advice!

I don't know about Daytonas, but the doors on a TC are about 5 inches shorter than a Lebaron convertible.

The TC is a totally different car except for most of the drivetrain. The body and interior DO NOT interchange with a Lebaron. There are 2 moldings on the exterior that are the same and the gauges (except for the color of the yellow needles) are the same but that's about it!!! Getting any of the stuff to fit into any other body would be a pain and that leather goes to hell in a big way especially here in the southwest.

Careful Paul, you are sounding like you are becoming a TC convert...;) I know the feeling:D

I think it'd be cheaper just to buy TC and mod it:amen:

I'd love to have the black TC floor mats. They'd go great in my MZIPWDGLH :)

Did you grab the black carpet I had? The Maserati Bi-Turbo stuff I had?

Resurrected from the dead! Nice job JT ;)

TC shift knobs are real wood... there's one for sale nearby here... I've nicknamed it the T(rashed) C(rapbox) by Rusterati... your's for the low price of $4995! Rockers and floor pans... OPTIONAL. 3.0 burning a boatload of oil and 604 that bzzzticks so loud you'd think there's a bomb under the hood.
