I have read about using 02+ PT manual trans knuckles to get some 11" brakes on a 1st gen neon. What about using a GLH knuckle? I haven't measured to compare sizes yet, but I'm thinking it would be worth it to check if anyone knows off hand before I go pulling wheels off of multiple vehicles.

You can use knuckles from a cast control arm Shadow/Spirit '91-'95 on your first gen Neon. Maybe try some R/T brake then?

Yep, and I believe that you can do the 11" fronts with very little work when taking parts off of a 95? caravan. I will have to look into this a little more. Thanks a bunch.

I know this is old. but do you guys know if the mini calipers will bolt to the stock neon knuckles? No one seems to do it on the neon forums, but I dont know why it wouldn't work...

IF the neon knuckles share the same caliper bracket bolt specs as the 91+ k based cars then all you have to do is get calipers brackets and pads from a 91-95 grand caravan and buy the 11" rotors for a spirit, daytona etc (5x100mm lug pattern instead of 5x115mm). i know 1st gen neon stock rotors are slightly smaller diamter than 10-1/4" found on spirit, dynasty, etc.
