Do 89 daytona es door mirrors fit 1990 daytona es?


I've been looking for door mirrors for my 90 daytona, was wondering if the 89 daytona mirrors will fit. (there seems to be an 89 on the craiglist, thats being parted out.)

or do i need to find 90 or 91 mirrors for my car?

I've done it but I believe I had to swap the wiring plug from my old mirror so it would plug in.

I've put an 88 Daytona mirror in a 90 Daytona ES. I believe the wiring plug didn't match so I had to splice them like METZ said.

Correct,87-89s are interchangable,90-91 are interchangable,and 92-93 are interchangable. 87-91s are physically the same but like said above in 90 they changed the plug.

well, im looking for cable operated ones, so in theory there shall be no splicing. :)

so, they should install without too much hassle then.
