Need torque specs please

I need the torque specs for the endplate boltss on an 89 a555.

If I remember correctly, it's 21 lb ft.

Is it the same for the two bolts toward the center?

Is that Ft-lb or N-m? Most M8 bolts are ~20Nm (~15ft-lb)

I did it @ 21 ft lb with blue thread lock.
