I'm trying to convert a 93 3.0 V6 SBEC auto Van to a 2.5 5speed turbo.
The problem I've heard is that The body computer will not comunicate with the Turbo 90/91 SBEC...Atleast what what I hear.
So is it currently possible with D-cal to Change 90 Turbo SBEC to allow it to communicate with the body computer?
Also Can I socket my 93 SBEC an us my 93 V6 harness and just change the plug ends so it will work with a turbo motor or would it be easier to swap to a turbo Harness (SBEC or SMEC)

Any suggestions to under take this are very much welcome :thumb:

Thanks Guys

I think you should be able to re-calibrate the V6 ECU to run the '92/93 turbo code (I know you can with the '89 SMEC). But, no one has posted the '92/93 turbo code yet.

So what your saying is I need to find a 92 Turbo SBEC and Get the Chip out..without cutting the pins...and post it...I'm on it!

Well, if you find a '92 Turbo SBEC, don't cut it up, just use it!:thumb:

well then how will we get the code up for others to use :p

So really I could just buy a 92 Cal from FWDperformance Plug it in and Go?

I don't see why not - '92 Daytona's and LeBaron's had the BC too...
