A stock muffler? if so, where the hell are you going to fit it, there huge. I have one on my 6.2 diesel van and its dead quiet.

So its for a Dmax truck?

I think you mean Dynomax? if so, don't get it, there restrictive. Get the Ultraflow.

i just installed a 2.1/2 inlet and 2.1/2 out let with a 2.1/2 high flow cat. superturbo dynomax. with a 2.1/2 full tailpipe. the before was a 3 inch welded to the frist 3 inchs of the down pipe with a 3 inch dynomax. i like it corked up a little bit now i can control the boost. and pass e check.

I used a straight through Dynomax 3" in and 3" out. It was the Race Bullet model. I welded it in just after the cat. This is how mine sounds on a full 3" mandrel minus the DP and SV which have yet to be installed.

Almost sounds like an open pipe, ;)

Thanks, I've not heard one bad thing about it. The low end seems slightly diminished but once you hit 3,000 RPM the car just pulls. It gets to 3,000 a lot faster too. It think I'll get that low end back with the new turbo though. That exhaust has been the best bang for the buck. It also doesn't drone.

there is no low end...so keep it out of the low end!
