The first two appear to be very clean with lower miles...not sure if any are turbocharged, only because I don't know what the VIN # should be for that before 89! Check em out!

i have NEVER seen anyone ask that much for those things!

id pay 2.5 for the tc if it was really pristine though..

Heck, If I needed a good driver and it was relatively close, I'd be gravitating towards one of those!

Most of these examples are low mileage, and let's face it...generally older people bought these wagons new and took care of them. Overall the K-cars are pretty reliable and easy to work on. Plus, used (drivetrain) parts are plentiful and affordable. It's a win-win!

Paul, the first two are both 2.5L TBI cars, vin=K(8th digit)
2.2 Turbo cars 88 and earlier were either E- TI, or A- TII

Some cool cars, but not for me right now, trying to downsize the fleet.

Were all wagons T1 cars?

Every time I search for Aries or Reliant on a local classifieds I get an ad come up for "Greypower Insurance" LOL

Nope, most have 2.5 TBI engines. The turbo engine was only available to the public in the Chrysler Town and Country Wagons. Aries and Reliants with turbo engines were sold to the governement, however, and are rare finds.

FWIW, the '86 T&C wagon does not appear to be a turbo. There is no 'Turbo' badge on the front fender and no vents on the hood.

It sure looks clean though! No VIN# in the add:(.
