If it's for your 88 lebaron, it's the cruise control servo. Did you recently remove your cruise control? The code is harmless.

^^^ yea but it been a while thats its been out^^^ but man that music to my ears that its harmless. Also why is my car idleing kinda like 600-700-800ish then after a while after driving it goes back to 900/1000.

AIS sensor? Did you try reseting it? Sounds like it's either dead, or your idle setting isn't right.

There's a screw below a cap on the top of the throttle body. It's a small cap about 3/8'' wide and 1/4'' deep, a large screwdriver can pop it out.
With the engine warmed up, pull a large vacuum source like the brake booster line. Let the engine go for about 10 seconds, it will raise the idle to probably like 3000 RPM but like it go. While the engine is still revving high after 10 seconds, unplug the 4 wire AIS sensor. Now plug the vacuum hose back on. If your idle is set too low it could stall. But now you can set the idle with the screw, should be about 950 RPM in neutral. After you have the idle set, turn the ignition off and plug back in the AIS sensor. Thats it.
