I have a Brand spankin new MOPAR FORGED 2.2/2.5 CRANK P4529444, 3.246” Stroke. This is the race forged steel crank for high performance applications. It is based on the turbo II forging. High strength, quality checked. Eight bolt crank flange for 1981-89 2.2L blocks.

Mopar sells them for $356 each, I will let it go for $250 shipped or you can pick it up in Los Angeles for $225.

What does 3.246" stroke come out to with a standard bore? 2.2 or 2.5L? 1981-1988 block? In 1989, they switched to the common block. Are these $250 for an uncut crank? Have the rod journals been machined down to the size of our big end?

Matt, it's for an early block and I'm pretty sure that it's to make your 2.2 a 2.0L. :eyebrows:

This crank is based on the TII forging. It is a shorter stroke than the stock 2.2 or 2.5. It is for high revving race engines.

With the stock 2.2/2.5 bore of 3.44", it will give about 1971cc.

The stroke is 3.246"
2.2L stroke is ~3.62"
2.5L stroke is ~4.09"

You will need to get pistons with the correct pin height to use this crank! It would be a very good crank to use on a hybrid since thay will breath much better at high revs than an 8V.
