needed wiring diag. 86 Laser XT rr window defoger

My defogger isn't working, test found element to work with jumper wire. There are 5 wire at the control unit, 1 12 ga. hot all the time, 1 12 ga. going to element + heated sideview mirrors. One ( blue I think )14 ga. wire is hot with key on. The other 2 ?:confused2: If I jump the blue wire to the hot wire it works but lights the 12 button navigator ALL the time. I think one of the mistery wires has to be grd but grounding got no results. I have 3 control units + none will will with out a jumper wire. Even in L.A. Ca we need a defogger in the morning.:yuck:

Ok, I checked, I will have to fix it tonight. You can download the 86 G body complete one, it works fine, I just downloaded it here at work. That will give you everything electrical you need including harness routing.

Ok, it is fixed if you just want the rear window part.
