Drop Down Menu Problem

This only happens when the FWD Performance ad is up at the top. I've noticed when I hit the "Quick Links" button at the top for the drop down menu to mark the forums as read, the "My Posts" and "Mark Forums Read" options aren't there.

I had to restore the old ad until I figure this one out. I tried different things in IE7 and Firefox to no avail.
