Clay,

I used your setup and took the "vent" side of the fitting and hooked it to a barb off of my intake tube for positive venting while in boost and stuck a catch can in line to catch any oil.

Thanks for the pics.

Since Clay thinks I need to be more relevant. Here's how I did mine.

Keeping the 2 systems seperate for a nice pure signal to the MAP and FPR like the Factory intended and allowing the block to breath in cruise and boost.

Looks good to me. Wonderful to live in a free country where we have multiple choices and the ability to do our own thing.

This is what I did for mine. I added the second pcv and breather so that if there is ever more pressure it can bleed out through there. If the CAI is pulling vacuum then the second PCV will close off the breather and allow it to suck the air from the valve cover.

k so what if i just run it from the valve cover to a catch can then to the intake side of the turbo? same thing as the pic above just with out the manifold vacuum.

i simpley disconnected the stock hose that goes from PCV 3-way fitting to the airbox....i then added about 12" more tubing, then on the very end of the tubing i clamped on a little 2.5" dia. air-filter assembly (Pep Boys $10 special), and dangled the additional tubing w/ filter down to the bottom of the engine bay...........zero oil gets into the intake track, and it is self-draining.......but i wouldnt do this on a car that sees a lot of mileage and a lot of time in boost. for me i see maybe a couple small drops of oil under the car per year, if that.

sweet! that answered my question. i was just kinda wondering about all these funky --- pcv systems i keep seeing and what the hell is the point? i think i might put a catch can on mine because i'll drive mine most days. i finally got a t2 radiator also!

For a stock setup it would be fine.

very plain! i like it. took me a min to find the catch can. how in the hell did you make the intercooler install look easy with a glht radiator??? i did a t2 swap on an 85 sc and put an older supra ic on the front of it and it fit like a glove except for the bottom hose. that was a -----. you have any more pics of it??

Are you pulling from valve cover or the block?

Any idea how much vacuum you are pulling?

Over on another site I saw someone just had a small breather filter just clamped onto the valve cover tube Will this work? The car that this is on is fast and his setup obviously works. But I am just curious to see because it seems like a very simple way to get the job done.
