Trying to track down issues with my SL. I swapped out the column with a spare I had as the old one had a messed up turn signal stalk.

Blinkers:
Head lights work, all seem to come on. When trying left or right turn signal, I get nothing, no click, no solid flash, nothing... I've checked and replaced the fuses, still nothing. Could the flasher module make it so I get nothing? I think I may have a spare... No hazards either.

Wiper:
Pretty much same here, nothing no reaction. Fuse is fine, I pulled the motor and checked the ground wire, looks fine.

Any suggestions on tracking down my issues?

You think I have two bad ones? I need a way to prove it... I need to move the car back out of the garage tomorrow, so I'm almost done my tinker time :(

if its not clickg it leads me to believe that its in the column, you have to uull the wheel to put a new one in i beleive

do you have power at the fuse? and the to change the signal switch you only need to remove the cover around the wheel, but its going to have those stupid hex security screws. ( at least on 91+ cars )

Well the column that I just put in the car doesn't have a wheel on it at all currently. I just rented a puller set so i could pull the wheel adapter from the other column.

I'll check power at the fuse box. I don't want to just jump and say I need another column, since the hazards don't work either, it leads me to believe it's an issue before the column.

I don't have an 87 FSM, only 89 and I think the electrical book is in NYC :(

Thanks for the ideas guys :thumb:
