Yep, the wife cracked it.
How hard is it to replace? I could look underneath except for the 8" of snow in the drive. And where is a good place to buy? I found this place on line.

Not sure how bad it is to replace, but that seems a little expensive. Try www.dodgeparts.com

I've bought parts from them before and they are all factory OEM mopar parts, not chinese made replacements, and it looks like 04 Sebring bumper covers are a lot more reasonable through them, couldn't get a price for you because I don't know if your car is a conv't /sedan or the mitsu coupe.

thanks TurboDave. You just saved me 120 bucks!
BTW it's a sedan without frog lights.

:thumb: Glad I could help, after fixing my wife's 03 PT a few times I know what you're going through.

Wow! They wanted 175 for shipping? THEY canceled the order?!?!?

$175 for shipping is nuts. I would check with a local dealer, can probably get it for less than the retail price still and won't have to pay shipping.
