Valve spring question, cindy

Hi cindy, i had a few questions. next summer im going to be porting out my head and have some valve work done. But what i would really like is stiffer valve springs for a semi-stock head. I just want something either heavy Duty or better then stock that excepts stock valve train components I.E retainers, valves etc. what you have in mind

I have an 88 chrysler lebaron TII 2.2
