On the instruction sheet it says full manual. SO I would guess that's what it is.

It looks like the instruction sheet OR the instruction manual could be dual purpose. It does say street/strip and full manual. I'm betting that is just a general instruction sheet and the valvebody could be either one.

Have a part number from the company that makes it? We could probably look it up online.

It does look like it has a TC lockup hookup or plug on it...meaning it probably won't work in non lockup trannies...but that's just my guess.

I called the 1-800 number, it is now out of service but gave me another number, which gave me to an operator and said both were out of service so I saw the website under the phone number and got there number and phoned them, phew. He doesn't really know but I explained the shift pattern and he said its most likely manual only. He said Howell Automotive and one other place which I now forget, would know.

This is the email I received back from them. Is there any other part #'s on the box or instructions?

That's not one of our part numbers. Here are ours:

PA48301 1995-1999 Neon Street/Strip valve body (retains "drive" or can be
manually shifted)

PA48301L 2000 & Up Neon street/strip valve body (retains "drive" or can be
manually shifted)

PA48302 - Full manual reverse shift pattern valve body. Driver makes all
gear changes.
