I noticed the your going to be stocking silicone couplers soon, and that you have a mandrel machine. Right now a set of intercooler pipes for an srt4 run about $180-220 plus shipping. The hot side is a simple 90, but the cold side it s bit different. I was wondering what you think the cost would be to do a pipe set? There's a big market for these, and if you can undercut the srt vendors you should be able to sell quite a few sets. Picture of the cold side attached below.

We manufacture a variety of products for aftermarket companies under various names and many private labels, typically they will buy from us and just double the cost. So I would guestimate that would cost around $80-$100 to make in qtys of 10 if you bought direct.
