Well, guess I owe it to the car, so I decided to nominate it myself.

It's my LeBaron which I had a lot of plans with but as well a lot of setbacks!

In Brief: It is a slightly modified Chrysler LeBaron 2.2 Turbo II GTC.

-Stock Motor, Turbo, IC, Clutch and A555 Transmission
-2.5" Mandrelbent Exhaust Pipes (fwdperformance)
-Dynomax Superturbo Muffler 2.5" in/out (bad choice estetically)
-Magnaflow 2.5" in/out Highflow Cat
-G-Valve Set to 13psi
-TurboXS H-RFL BOV

It survived a total of 3 accidents (one major and two minors) and always was braught back in shape. My real goal was making it "fast". But due to its setbacks I only managed to get it slightly above stock level. It was enough though to show its taillights to a 80th mustang 5.0, 78 Camaro and a "Starsky and Huych" Torino during its only racing event it attended. I gave up on it once it took fire during a cruise. It would have been repairable but I decided that I try my luck on a Eurostyle Daytona. Thats its history in brief.

That really sucks about the LeBaron. It is such a great looking car! I even like the chrome.

It sounds pretty dramatic, but if it wern't for you I could not even circulate with the Daytona right now. It really was thanks to your effort that I was able to pass vehicle inspection and so could become the car papers in order!
The LeBaron, yes it really annoys me when I think about it. The thing about the LeBaron was that I really put in a lot of money.
And when they finally turned down vehicle resgistration on the ground that it does not have homologation in Spain and threrefore has to cumply to the EURO 4 Emission standard (which is equal to the current californian emission standard) I just gave up.
The good thing about the Daytona is, that it already was licensed in Spain. What was wrong was that vehicle inspection was overdue one year when I bought it. And to get it in my name it had to pass this inspection. For which in turn I needed this window....

So you preferred the chrome grill huh? I know how you feel. I lost my first GTC TII to an accident. Sadly, she wasn't recoverable.

Actually on the Lebaron Convertible yes I did like the chrome stuff. On the Coupe in turn I would have opted for less chrome.
